What is Plasterboard?

7. Plasterboard usually has an ivory face and a brown one. Plaster should only be applied to the ivory face.
8. Paper liners are usually made from recycled paper which makes plasterboard quite environmentally friendly.
9. Plasterboard sealer can be used before applying wallpaper or paint to allow for easy stripping later on.
10. Joint cracks are generally caused from the wooden joists drying out. This can be easily screw fixed which usually prevents further problems from occurring.
